Have you ever emailed files to your team members or yourself to work remotely, just to find that your changes from the previous day have been lost as 2 files have the same name. With Office 365, this can be a problem of the past.
Microsoft Office brings new features every year to help with our productivity. A feature introduced in 2018 is AutoSave.
Some of you may remember AutoSave in earlier versions of Microsoft Office. You could save files locally every 5 minutes. With Office 365 there has been an overhaul of how this works.
When you work with a team, AutoSave allows multiple team members to update files at the same time. This means that you don't have a read only message come up when the other member of your team is out to lunch. When you are working in different offices in multiple towns or countries the same rule applies.
This update works with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Great for all the teams from admin, sales, and marketing.
If you would like to know more watch our video on AutoSave and how to make the best use this feature.
