Save time claiming your expenses

Work related journey can add up and when it comes to the end of the month, the last thing you want to worry about is spending time on the weekend totalling up each journey in the month.

As the trips in the month add up, noting the exact miles travelled, where you went and the date/time of the journey can take up considerable time in the month.

Another problem our team found is when you have to take a different route to the destination, keeping a note of the miles (even resetting the trip computer on the car) can be forgotten. Without upsetting management, staff may take a loss, but we found a way to help both staff and managers of the company and it could be FREE of charge to all involved.

In our video below we explain how you can use your phone to track your journeys and have a report ready to send to your manager for authorisation.

With the power of Office 365, there are more and more tools that are unused by many and we have a series of videos available to guide you towards the tools to save you time and for Office 365 members this could be free of charge for many.
