Do we need to purchase a Sync and Share app?

3 minute read

Do you remember the days when we had just pen and paper? We had to work with many files and collaborate with the team? You couldn't access the document until a member of the team had finished. This solution wasn't fast when you wanted to locate a file or specific text in a file would take staff additional time.

With computers we all deal with files on many folders, sometimes there is a duplicate folder and we need to know which file is up to date and which is old. Maybe they have both been updated and we need to sort out the mess. This adds up valuable time to you and the team reducing productivity. The solution for company A is not the same as company B.

How about when you are working with a team but need to work in the evening to finish up the work. Many files are emailed out and other taken on USB memory sticks. If they come back and update the old file, someone else's work is lost. More time is lost. In addition this takes valuable data out the business and in the hands of employees. Safe guarding this information becomes another problem.
The solution for company C is similar to A.

So what is the answer? Company A and C could benefit for a software solution called sync and share. Company B staff may only need some training.

Do we need to go out and buy another piece of software? For company A the answer may be no, but company C they may need to look further to help staff work better. It's more about what products you work with in the business and if they provide extra help. Call our team today for a cost effective solution on 01489 290 001.
