Baldeep has been working with computers from a young age and made his hobby a full time career. Having studied IT and Computing in college and completing a university degree. He left university with 2 qualifications BSc (Hons) DipIS:

Diploma in Industrial Studies
Baldeep has worked in the IT industry over a decade and during this time saw a gap in the market. Baldeep noticed that start ups and small businesses were left behind as companies wanted big business and were keen to get some business in London. Baldeep start Birak IT focusing on start ups and small business in Hampshire, specifically around 12 miles from our office as he wanted to respond quickly to any call out.

IT Support or IT Support Provider is an organisation like Birak IT that provides a range of IT help that a business would need. Theses can range from help with antivirus, backup, computer and server software, computer and server hardware, email and file services to store your business data, telephone systems (also known as VOIP), website domains and website hosting.

We are in Southampton, Hampshire, UK. You can see our full address on our contact page. This address is both our registered UK company address and where you would be greeted by a member of our team.
Do you take security serious?
We are both certified for Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus since 2022. This is a UK approved certification and shows that we look after our IT with the systems required to keep software up to date, IT security measures in place as well as security physically from outside. These IT processes and practices help us keep our customers data safe and secure.
Are you following GDPR best practices?
We have been following Data Protection before GDPR was released. We then followed this with GDPR (as the UK was part of EU). Since Brexit, we have also worked towards GDPR and UK-GDPR practices where there is no conflict in both legislations. We are also registered with ICO in the UK ensuring we follow practices in a scenario of a data protection breach.
